Troika Pieces

This is a Figure of Eight Large Lamp Base purchased at an Antiques Fair in Sussex several years ago. The seller had just missed the ‘cut off’ date for committing them to auction at Bonhams in London so decided to bring them along to the fair. When I spotted them I immediately placed my hands on them as another person who’d also seen them was just about to pick one up.....phew! Luckily for me I had dealt with the dealer before and she recognized me so we agreed on a price straight away. I have two ‘Figure of Eight’ lamp bases and both lamp bases vary in size.
