How to Register

  1. Register Collector’s Account here.

    Make sure to fill in complete information on the form

    Apart from your username and email, all other information will be kept private. We will not share your personal details to anyone. Your address will only be used to send Serial Number sticker(s) for your Troika piece(s).

  2. Once form is submitted, you will have instant complete access to your own Collector Dashboard where you can:

    a. Manage your own collector’s profile
    b. Manage your Troika pieces
    Submit your piece for verification
    Add new Troika piece(s)
    View and edit all your Troika pieces
    Transfer your sold Troika piece to new owner
    c. Manage enquiries for sale pieces

Note: We reserve the rights to investigate and deactivate collector accounts that don’t adhere to our Terms and Conditions. We also require collectors to add their own Troika pieces to the site.

How to Manage your Profile

  1. Log into your account here.
  2. Click on Manage Profile tab where settings are found.
    Profile options:
    • Cover Photo – Upload an image backdrop for your profile. Ideal photo size is 1200 x 390 pixels. You’ll be able to crop your photo when uploading.
      Note: If choosen photo is smaller than the ideal size, the cropping tool will be restricted to the best possible dimensions. This means dragging the corners of the tool and resizing the photo will be disabled.
    • Profile Image – Choose an image for your collector’s profile. Ideal photo size is minimum 100 x 100 pixels or higher. You’ll be able to crop your photo when uploading.
    • Collection Name – Name for your collection’s profile which will be displayed in your profile and your pieces as well (Piece by “your collection name”).
    • Collection Link – Create a unique link for your collection. Example: https://troika-pottery.com/collector/johndoe.
    • Details – Anything you wish to add about yourself or your collection. This will be displayed in your profile just underneath your profile image and cover photo.
    • Phone – Contact number which will be kept private and will only be accessible to the website admin in case contact is required.
    • Email – This will also be kept private and only accessible to the website admin.
    • Address – Address is private as well and will only be used to send serial number stickers for your pieces.
  3. Always remember to Save Options before logging out. Save Options button is found on the right top corner of your Profile Manager.
  4. You can view the changes you made by clicking the View Profile button after saving your changes. View Profile button is just beside Save Options button.

How to Verify your Piece

Please note that it is very important to submit your piece for verification first before adding them to the site. Unverified pieces will be removed immediately.
  1. Click on Verify Piece tab above the Serial Number search bar or;
    Log into your account here, click Manage Profile then click the Verify Piece button.
  2. Fill in the Verification form.
    Supply as much information as you can regarding your piece.
    • Username: Please supply the same username as you supplied for your Collector’s account. This will allow us to link the piece to the right collector.
    • Email: We will use your email to contact you if there’s any issues with your submission or if we need more details regarding your piece.
    • Piece Name: We encourage unique names for your pieces however, piece name should be strictly related to the piece itself.
    • Piece Details/Story:  Please share information which you think can help authenticate your piece. It doesn’t have to be extensive or formatted, this will only be used for our own reference when reviewing your piece. You can add proper details/story later on when adding your piece.
    • Photos: You can drag and drop files or click on the Browse Files link to add your piece photos.
      You can upload up to 10 images of your piece.
      Accepted file formats are as follows: jpeg/jpg/png/gif.
      We encourage supplying atleast 3 or more images.
      Please take clear and close up photos of your piece.
      Don’t forget to take photo of the piece mark, this is very important to authenticate your piece.
      These photos are not necessarily the same photos that will appear on the site. You will have to retake photo of the bottom part of your piece once you receive your serial number sticker (sticker and instructions will be provided via post). You can choose to keep all other photos of your piece or change them all later on when adding your piece.

How to Add your Piece

Please note that it is very important to submit your piece for verification first before adding them to the site. Unverified pieces will be removed immediately.
  1. Log into your account here.
  2. The add piece page should be displayed first one you are logged in. If not, click Add Piece tab below Verify Piece under Piece Manager.
  3. Fill in details regarding your piece.
    Supply as much information as you can regarding your piece.
    • PIECE CATEGORY: Choose main category for your piece. You can use the search box or simply select from the list provided.
      Note: Please tick For Sale category only if you intend to sell your piece.
    • PIECE NAME: We encourage unique names for your pieces however, piece name should be strictly related to the piece itself.
    • SERIAL NUMBER: We send serial number stickers via post for verified pieces. Make sure you have submitted your piece for verification to get approved and acquire unique serial number for your piece.
    • PIECE SHORT DESCRIPTION: Brief, important details regarding your piece. This will be displayed just below the piece name.
    • PIECE DESCRIPTION: Optional section where you can share more details regarding your piece. This will be displayed in the description box below your piece’s image gallery. Ideal for long details such as story of how you acquired your piece, detailed description of the piece, etc.
    • SELL YOUR TROIKA PIECE: Please ignore this button unless you wish to sell your piece.
    • FEATURED PIECE IMAGE:
      1. Add a main image for your piece in the “Click to upload an image” box.
      2. Drag and drop the image or click on Select Files.
      3. Once the image is fully uploaded, click Add to gallery.
      Ideal photo size is 800 x 600 pixels.
      This image will be the main image that will appear in category pages where your piece is listed.
    • PIECE IMAGE GALLERY:
      1. Click “Add piece gallery images”, this will open a new window.
      2. Drag and drop images or click on Select Files.
      3. Once all images are fully uploaded, select all the images and make sure they have tick marks on them.
      4. Click Add to gallery.
      Ideal photo size is 800 x 600 pixels.
      You can upload up to 10 images of your piece (do not include the Featured Piece Image).
      Accepted file formats are as follows: jpeg/jpg/png/gif.
      Maximum upload file size: 128 MB.
      We encourage supplying atleast 4 or more images.
      Please add clear photos and include front, back, side, top, bottom, and any close up shots.
      Don’t forget to take photo of the piece mark with the serial number, this is very important to authenticate your piece.
    • PIECE CATEGORY: You can add more categories for your piece in this section.
      Pieces can have more than 1 category. Example: Gingerbread Boy is listed in Vases, Chimney Vase, etc. as well as under Very Rare due to it’s rarity.
      Not sure which category/categories your piece falls into? Feel free to contact us for assistance.
      Note: Please do not tick For Sale or any of it’s subcategories unless you wish to sell your piece.
  4. Submit your piece for review.
  5. You will receive an email if your piece has been successfully added.
    You can check your added piece by clicking the All Pieces tab in your Collector dashboard.
Please note that pieces that are edited will be resubmitted for moderation.

How to Add your Piece For Sale

Please note that it is very important to submit your piece for verification first before adding them to the site. Unverified pieces will be removed immediately.
  1. Log into your account here.
  2. The add piece page should be displayed first one you are logged in. If not, click Add Piece tab below Verify Piece under Piece Manager.
  3. Fill in details regarding your piece.
    Supply as much information as you can regarding your piece.
    Please make sure to use the same information you used when piece was submitted for verification.
    • PIECE CATEGORY: Please click on For Sale category then choose between Piece or Publication and finally, choose the subcategory relevant.
    • PIECE NAME: We encourage unique names for your pieces however, piece name should be strictly related to the piece itself.
    • SERIAL NUMBER: We send serial number stickers via post for verified pieces. Make sure you have submitted your piece for verification to get approved and acquire unique serial number for your piece.
    • PIECE SHORT DESCRIPTION: Brief, important details regarding your piece. This will be displayed just below the piece name.
    • PIECE DESCRIPTION: Optional section where you can share more details regarding your piece. This will be displayed in the description box below your piece’s image gallery. Ideal for long details such as story of how you acquired your piece, detailed description of the piece, etc.
    • SELL YOUR TROIKA PIECE: Click this button which opens an additional box. Add the price for your piece.
    • FEATURED PIECE IMAGE:
      1. Add a main image for your piece in the “Click to upload an image” box.
      2. Drag and drop the image or click on Select Files.
      3. Once the image is fully uploaded, click Add to gallery.
      Ideal photo size is 800 x 600 pixels.
      This image will be the main image that will appear in category pages where your piece is listed.
    • PIECE IMAGE GALLERY:
      1. Click “Add piece gallery images”, this will open a new window.
      2. Drag and drop images or click on Select Files.
      3. Once all images are fully uploaded, select all the images and make sure they have tick marks on them.
      4. Click Add to gallery.
      Ideal photo size is 800 x 600 pixels.

  4. Submit your piece for review.
  5. You will receive an email if your piece has been successfully added.

How to Manage your Pieces

  1. Log into your account here.
  2. Click on the Piece Manager > All Pieces tab to view and manage all of your pieces.
    Things you can do:
    • View all your pieces. You will be able to:
      – Filter to view drafts, published pieces, and pieces pending review
      – Filter to view by category
      – Use the search bar to search for your piece
    • Edit your pieces
      – Click on your piece name or click on the pencil icon under Actions column
      Note: Editted pieces will be resubmitted for admin’s approval
    • Transfer your sold pieces
      – Sold pieces are required to be transferred to their new owner
      – Simply click the Sold Piece button on your dashboard or click here to submit your sold piece for transfer
    • Delete your pieces
      – Collectors are not allowed to delete submitted pieces however, deletion can be requested in certain circumstances
      – Simply click the link on your dashboard or click here to request piece deletion
