Troika pottery medium wheel vase decorated by Penny Black.

Penny Black worked at the Troika Pottery when it was located in St Ives and Newlyn, Cornwall. She was a decorator at the pottery c1960 to 1974. This is a medium Troika wheel vase measuring 6 ½” or 16.5cm.

On its base, this genuine Troika wheel vase has painted the black painted Troika pottery mark, Troika, and the initials PB of the decorator, Penny Black.

Excellent overall condition, a lovely example, and addition to a collection.
